Successfully taught Jal neti and pranayamas as a tool to fight COVID to improve oxygen level and immunity to a group of 30 people. Few people already knew some of the practices but they did not know the right technique. Many mistakes were corrected and the techniques were explained to them scientifically. Feedback received was amazing. People sent photographs of oximeters showing tremendous improvement in their oxygen levels.
Kids really enjoyed the interactive session taken by Yogateach. To ensure engagement kids were shown resemblance of each yoga posture to the animal or shape after which the posture is named. Creatives and visuals were used to teach them effectively. The teacher’s energy matched with the kids and the kids really felt refreshed after the session.

A 2 hour holistic session was conducted by Yogateach for over 50 employees of Agrowon for their overall well being and immunity. The session included chanting, asanas, pranayamas, meditation and knowledge talk. A short intro to yogic food was also given
Yogateach organized a free yoga workshop for kids of 8 to 12 years in the slums of Delhi. The enthusiasm with which the children learnt was unmatched and unreal. They enjoyed the yoga stories, the yogic games of asana, the pranayamas taught through props like feathers and the yog nidra with visualizations. The children were deeply relaxed and experienced calmness like never before. Along with Concentration, Confidence and flexibility, yoga brings out the outer dynamism along with inner peace in children.
We conducted a 2 hour workshop for more than 100 workers and management staff teaching them techniques to manage their physical health, manage their stress and increase their efficiency at work. The session broadly included mantra chanting, asanas, pranayamas, meditation and yog nidra. After the refreshing session we received overwhelming response from everyone and many expressed a significant improvement in their mental state in just 2 hours!
Conducted a workshop on ‘Physical and Mental Health through Yoga’. We unravelled stress and also taught them various stretches, asana and breath work which could be done at their office desk as well as on the mat! We further discussed how making corporate yoga exercises a part of their routine could work wonders wiping away body pain, fatigue and tension increasing overall muscle strength and flexibility
60 people who came from Switzerland to India on an educational tour got a glimpse of yoga through our workshop. We introduced the Swiss people to the real meaning of yoga, the paths of yoga along with practical techniques like Surya Namaskar and yoga asanas which was followed by Laughter yoga and pranayamas. The session was concluded with a musical meditation leaving everyone refreshed along with some snacks for the hungry yogis!
Yogateach conducted a two days workshop on ‘’Shatkriya- Yogic Detox’’ aimed to enlighten people about the age-old yogic techniques which help one to purify and internally clean their bodies. Basic shat kriya practices – neti, trataka and kunjal kriya were taught. It was an eye opening workshop for the participants as they untangled the secrets of a disease free body. . A detox kit and notes were provided to all for further home practice.
An interesting workshop in Multifit gym, Baner, Pune named, ‘’Stretch, don’t Stress’’ was conducted for their clients. We talked about the importance of muscular flexibility, proper posture and stability as parameters of fitness along with strengthening. Also we deliberated mental fitness as doubly important than just the physical aspect and how one can be holistically fit through consistent practice yogic techniques along with their gyming routine.
On the occasion of International Day of Yoga, Yogateach conducted a workshop for the staff of APG Learning, Aundh, Pune. A plethora of benefits in practicing yoga were deliberated including improving reproductive health, weight loss and reduction in anxiety and stress. The session was concluded in the form of a practical yoga class in which the employees learnt asanas, pranayamas and experienced meditation to improve their inner well being.
Yogateach conducted a workshop on Women’s Reproductive Health. It was an interactive session where we decoded common issues like PCOS and PMS. The women were astonished to know about the role yoga plays in balancing one’s hormones and treating these lifestyle disorders. The workshop concluded with a yoga session with specific asana and pranayama to deal with PCOS/OD.
