Terms & Conditions

  1. Keep the videos on or inform the teacher why you are keeping the video off.
  2. Use a laptop for best quality. If you are using mobile we will not entertain any query regarding video and sound quality.
  3. Either you should come or your message should come informing about your absenteeism. 
  4. Recorded lectures are uploaded either on the same day or the next day of the lecture.
  5. Starting Date or Duration of the course might get affected by a few days due to various reasons such as public holidays, technical issues, operational issues, etc.
  6. PDFs of notes will be shared but will not be available to download or copy or print due to privacy issues.
  7. We use media content created during the classes and use it for our social media growth and ads. By taking admission, you confirm that you do not have any problem with this.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

  1. If a student fails to pay the fees on the due date, a late payment fine of ₹1000 will be imposed and one more week will be granted. If a student fails to pay within that week, his/her admission will be canceled and no refund will be given.
  2. The institute reserves the right to take disciplinary action against any student at any time. The institute might or might not give any warning before taking disciplinary action. In such cases, no refund will be provided. Total payment made will be forfeited.
  3. If a student discontinues at any time due to any reason, no refund will be provided. But the student can come back anytime and can start the journey again in any of our batches available at that time. For the new batch, the student will not be charged the full fees, instead a small commitment fee will be charged which you may ask the institute.

Liability Waiver Agreement

  1. We provide a nurturing and safe practice with general guidelines for the practice, taking care & our program is thoughtfully planned, but no responsibility will be taken for any injuries you may incur during this practice.
  2. Consult your doctor if you have any preexisting medical conditions and check if this practice is suitable for you. It is essential that you retain full responsibility for your own physical and general well-being in applying instructions in this guided program to your own circumstances.
  3. The golden rule is ‘if it doesn’t feel right then don’t do it’. We encourage you to stop when you need to. Feel free to ask for assistance after the class. We are here to help you get the most from your practice and more than happy to offer adjustments or alternatives.
