Our Successful Retreat

The Inner Awakening

A transformative two-day journey that bridged the gap between virtual learning and physical practice. This retreat saw our online TTC students unite for the first time in person, trading screens for the rolling hills of Velhe. From soulful Bhajans and sunset Satsangs to the final walk across the stage, it was a celebration of personal evolution and the realization that the true guru resides within.

The Teachers Vow

A high-energy day dedicated to the transition from student to guide. Highlights included an early morning nature trek to align the senses and a powerful “Sankalp” ceremony where our new graduates pledged to spread the light of Hatha Yoga. With pure sattvic meals and lakeside reflections, this retreat was a perfect culmination of months of discipline and hard work.

The Precious Collection

Another amazing experience when a group of 25 people performed all the 4 paths of Yoga – Hatha Yoga, Jnana Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Karma Yoga. Many of them felt diseases falling out of their body and new fresh energy coming up. It was a great experience for all, away from the concrete jungle and hustle bustle of city life, into the real jungle close to nature.

Hidden Oasis Sanctuary

An immersive getaway to the Hidden Oasis, where the roar of the waterfall met the silence of meditation. This retreat focused on sensory awareness and elemental healing. Practitioners spent the day reconnecting with the earth and water, concluding with a certificate ceremony that emphasized the importance of staying grounded while pursuing professional excellence.

Path of the Sun

A deep dive into the philosophy of the Yoga Sutras and the power of Prana. This intensive day-retreat focused on the teacher’s role as a symbol of vitality and knowledge. Through advanced posture workshops and energetic demonstrations, our graduates explored how to remain “charged up” and centered, even when faced with the challenges of the modern world.

International Yoga Day Celebration

Our most extensive celebration yet—a three-day immersion into the heart of yoga. This special retreat featured a unique blend of intense detox, mountain trekking, and childhood games that sparked joy and healing for all ages. It was a beautiful testament to the power of community, bringing families together under the sun to celebrate the global spirit of Hatha Yoga.

The Rhythm of Nature

As the summer turned to monsoon, we gathered to celebrate the holistic lifestyle. This retreat featured hands-on learning about medicinal herbs and the traditional “Laghu Shankhprakshalan” cleansing process. A day filled with laughter, vibrant hip-opening flows, and traditional music, it served as a reminder that yoga is not just a practice, but a way of living in harmony with the elements.

Resilience and Flow

Focused on the core strength of Hatha Yoga, this retreat emphasized “Yoga off the mat.” Participants explored deep asana holding and mental fortitude amidst the tranquil landscape of Serene Eco Village. It was a weekend of overcoming self-doubt, where students shared stories of personal healing and emerged as confident, certified practitioners ready to lead.

The Pure Detox Experience

A typical detox retreat in which we made them eat absolutely pure satvik food with lots of herbs and made them do yogic detox processes such as Shankha Prakshalana, Jal Neti and Vaman Dhauti. Along with hatha yoga practices we also conducted Bhakti Yoga, Jnana Yoga and Karma Yoga sessions. A holistic program which benefited everyone in the group. Many even lost few kgs in just 3 days.
