A typical detox retreat in which we made them eat absolutely pure satvik food with lots of herbs and made them do yogic detox processes such as Shankha Prakshalana, Jal Neti and Vaman Dhauti. Along with hatha yoga practices we also conducted Bhakti Yoga, Jnana Yoga and Karma Yoga sessions. A holistic program which benefited everyone in the group. Many even lost few kgs in just 3 days.
