  • Shat Kriyas – 6 Yogic Cleansing Techniques
  • Perform Kapalbhati, Jal Neti, Sutra Neti, Kunjal Kriya, Laghu Shankha Prakshalana and Trataka.
  • 80+ Intermediate to Advance Asanas. 100 + Asana Variations
  • 10+ versions of Surya Namaskar with more than 12 steps.
