I was searching for a good online yoga institute where I could improve my yoga knowledge, and Hath Yoga Institute turned out to be a blessing. Here, yoga is taught very effectively, and every day you learn something new. The focus is not only on the physical body, but also on keeping your mind at peace. Aanchal ma'am explains the theoretical concepts very well, and her teaching method is excellent. Himanshu sir explains how to make even the most difficult poses easy, breaking them down into simple steps. I used to be afraid of doing Sutra Neti, but he explained it so well that my fear disappeared, and I did it successfully in just one try. Akash sir also teaches the Business Acumen class, guiding us step by step on how to conduct online class and build your own brand. Richa ma'am, Anushka ma'am, and all the members of Hath Yoga Institute are qualified and have a helping nature. I have completed my Yoga certified course  level 3 from Hatha Yoga Institute .. This has been the best yoga academy with the best teachers, esp. Anchal mam and Himanshu sir. Very High quality & well designed course to make us understand the concepts easily. All the staff members are very supportive. HIGH QUALITY EDUCATION  AND GREAT LEARNING ENVIRONMENT. Actually the course is very enjoyable for me. I enjoyed being taught by both the yoga teachers aanchal  Ma’m and himanshu Sir and found them to be extremely patient and knowledgeable, and they are helpful in explaining not only the asanas but also the wider meaning of practicing yoga and how to incorporate it into our everyday lives.

My experience was not less than a dream. I never thought I'll learn so much through a screen only.The individual attention given to every student help to learn things very effectively. Teachers were so friendly and motivated me to push my limits every time. Never a dull moment in the class. I came here with zero knowledge  of yoga but know I now so many things and feeling more confident. I have learnt and did progress in so many asanas, I became  a better person mentally and spiritually.
